"I decided to purchase this unit because I was tired of the long drive to the gym. I researched this a lot and was comfortable with my decision with the Smooth Fitness product. The order process was easy and then came delivery.
It was supposed to be 2 weeks and it turned in to 3. The freight company rescheduled twice and did not show up until 7PM and they were supposed to be here at 1PM. Once they were here the installation went pretty good. But I did not like the way the delivery was handled.
I like the unit and it's features. This treadmill is very similar to the unit in the gym, and I could not be happier. I love the Heart Rate being displayed on the console as well. My husband has even been on it a few times. Minus the delivery hassle, I am satisfied with my purchase."
